I’ve created an account with the app. How do I purchase a subscription?

If you have created an account in the TimelessToday app (available for iPhone, iPad & Android), you have a Basic Account, and upgrading to a subscription package is quick, easy—and a great value. Just use the same email and password to log in to the website, which will then recognize you, and visit the Subscriptions page. Alternatively people with Apple mobile devices can purchase a subscription for their account in the TimelessToday app (version 1.10 and higher).

I do not have an account with the app or website. How can I purchase a subscription?

If you have not already created an account on the TimelessToday app or new website, purchase one of the subscription packages on the website and an account will be set up. Activating your subscription in the app is simple—just use the same email address and password to log in to the app and you’re good to go!

Alternatively people with an Apple mobile device can purchase a subscription in the app (version 1.10 and higher). An account will be created during the sign up process for you to use with the app and website.

I am having difficulty accessing the account I created

If you have signed up for an account but are not able to log in, make sure you have activated your account by clicking the link the in confirmation email that you should have received after signing up.

What happens to the content that I have already bought?

Anyone who purchases the Premier subscription automatically has access to all content previously purchased through TimelessToday. For other users, there are still ways to access any previously purchased content that is not covered by your subscription plan. Visit our Support page – the link is available in the website footer. Your previously purchased content is provided through our previous sales channels, so the original email address and password that you used to purchase the content will be required.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased via the TimelessToday website

To cancel a subscription, visit the Subscriptions page on the TimelessToday website. Select the BASIC option to revert to a free basic user account (thus cancelling your existing subscription). Depending upon the outstanding balance on your subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
