I’ve created an account with the app. How do I purchase a subscription?
If you have created an account in the TimelessToday app (available for iPhone, iPad & Android), you have a Basic Account, and upgrading to a subscription package is quick, easy—and a great value. Just use the same email and password to log in to the website, which will then recognize you, and visit the Subscriptions page.
I do not have an account with the app or website. How can I purchase a subscription?
I am having difficulty accessing the account I created.
What happens to the content that I have already bought?
I don’t have a paid subscription. Can I still purchase a LiveStream?
We are working to make the purchase of Individual LiveStreams possible in the near future.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, visit the Subscriptions page on the TimelessToday website. Select the BASIC option to revert to a free basic user account (thus cancelling your existing subscription). Depending upon the outstanding balance on your subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
